Our mission

EU-Roots is an employment agency based in Waalwijk, Tilburg and Eindhoven started by Patricia Rudolf and Herman Teklenburg. Our focus is on the logistics, production, engineering and cleaning industries and our goal is to be able to offer our temporary workers a permanent contract within 8 months. Therefore, we encourage contact between employer and employee to ensure more connection. The better the connection, the greater the chance of a contract. In this way, the client is satisfied and the employee goes to work with a smile. Meanwhile, we are in position 89 of the top 100 largest staffing companies and to top it off, we have been rewarded with an FD Gazellen award this year.
