Making ourselves as strong as possible for employees and employers is what drives us. In order to develop, grow and perform, we set a high bar for ourselves. However, we find that this is not enough and we let external parties assess our actions. We are affiliated with several quality labels.
Language and competency training
With our partners NativeDutch and Centrum Porad we improve the Dutch language among our employees. But also arrange forklift/ reach truck/ VCA and much more through our partner Hollcert.
ABU
General Confederation of Temporary Employment Agencies
The Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (ABU) represents a diversity of companies, including Olympia’s operations. With more than 580 affiliated small, medium and large companies, the ABU covers about two-thirds of the temporary employment and payroll market in the Netherlands. For EU-Roots’ clients and employees, this membership offers significant benefits. Some aspects include: anti-discrimination policy, good employment practices, proper mediation and a clear collective bargaining agreement.

SNA
Labor Standards Foundation
The SNA seal of approval is the seal of approval for the temporary employment industry and was developed to reduce the risks of hirers of labor and principals of work…. Companies with the SNA hallmark are periodically inspected for their obligations from labor, thus reducing the risk for the hirer. As of July 1, 2012, there is a tax exemption regarding hirer liability. This means that hirers who hire employees from a temporary employment agency with the SNA quality mark can be indemnified against any liability by the Tax Authorities in respect of unpaid payroll taxes and turnover tax by the hirer.
