Stands for quality
Our driving force is to be as strong as possible for our employees and employers. We hold ourselves to high standards to ensure our development, growth, and performance. However, we believe this isn’t enough, and we have external parties assess our actions. We are affiliated with several quality labels.
Language and competence training
Together with our partners NativeDutch and Centrum Porad, we improve our employees’ Dutch language skills. We also arrange forklift/reach truck/VCA certifications and much more through our partner Hollcert.
ABU
General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies
The General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies (ABU) represents a diverse range of companies, including those operating under EU-Roots. With more than 580 affiliated small, medium, and large companies, the ABU covers approximately two-thirds of the temporary employment and payroll market in the Netherlands. This membership offers significant benefits to EU-Roots’ clients and employees. These include anti-discrimination policies, good employer practices, effective mediation, and a clear collective labor agreement.
ABU membership enables our partners and employees to benefit from the high standards and broad support that come with it.
SNA
Foundation for Labor Standards
The SNA quality mark is the quality mark for the temporary employment sector and was developed to limit the risks for both hirers and clients. Companies with the SNA quality mark are periodically audited for their employment obligations, thus limiting the risk for the hirer. As of July 1, 2012, a tax exemption regarding hirer liability applies. This means that hirers who hire employees from a temporary employment agency with the SNA quality mark can be exempted from any liability claims by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration regarding unpaid payroll taxes and sales tax by the hirer.

Training our temporary staff is important, which is why we work with GoodHabitz. This helps us prepare our employees for the future.
