You will be working for a regional player in the temporary employment market, partly from our office in Waalwijk and partly from home. We have been around for 8 years but are growing rapidly. We have ambitious goals and would love for you to be part of that. Our target is to help at least 25% of our flex workers get a permanent contract with our clients each year.
Function
This is a very broad role. You will be communicating with various contacts within our clients’ companies.
Recruiting staff is not part of your responsibilities.
We do not provide housing or transportation for our temporary workers, so we expect a high level of independence from them.

Requirements
- Proficient in Dutch (B1 level), Polish, and English – both written and spoken
- Driving license (Category B)
- Enthusiasm and perseverance
- Flexibility
