Machine Operator

Our client produces high-quality food products on a daily basis. The team of production workers ensures that every product is carefully processed, packaged and checked. That is why we are looking for enthusiastic production employees who have an eye for quality and like to contribute to a smoothly running production process.
Function
– Operating, setting and converting production machines
– Monitoring the production process and intervening in case of deviations
– Carrying out quality checks according to HACCP and IFS guidelines
– Registering production data and reporting deviations
– Collaborating with colleagues from Production and Technical Service to solve malfunctions
– Actively contributing ideas to process improvements and efficiency increases
Requirements
– MBO education (food technology, process technology or comparable) or experience as an operator in a production environment
– Affinity with technology and operating machines
– Accuracy and sense of responsibility for quality and food safety
– Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
– Team spirit and a proactive attitude
– Own accommodation
– Own transport
– Language: English communication
Offer
– Salary: from €14.40 gross per hour (depends on experience)
– 30% gross shift allowance per day
– Working hours: 5:30 to 14:00 and the other week 14:00 to 22:30
– Weekly salary payment
