Requirements
Motivated – strong drive and willingness to work
Physically healthy – able to handle relatively heavy work on the production line
Eager to learn – open to acquiring new skills and knowledge
Hygienic – essential due to working in a food production environment
Good command of English, German, or Dutch – sufficient for workplace communication
Offer
Starting wage: €14.95 gross per hour
Growth opportunity to operator: up to €15.66 gross per hour
Raw Department shift allowance: +14% → €17.04 gross per hour
Working Hours
Cooked Department (Gaar):
36 hours per week
4-day work week
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Normal temperature environment
Raw Department (Rauw):
36 hours per week
5-day work week
Shifts: 06:00 – 13:45 and 13:45 – 21:30
Temperature: 7–10°C
Compensation from 10 km up to a maximum of 35 km: €0.21 per km
Possibility of a direct contract with the employer
