Try & Hire is a service that gives you the opportunity to first deploy a candidate temporarily through a temporary employment contract. During a pre-agreed period you work with the candidate and assess whether this person actually adds lasting value to your organization. After the Try & Hire period, you decide whether to offer the candidate permanent employment.
In addition to regular temporary workers, we also offer mediation for self-employed workers in the manufacturing industry. Do you need specialist knowledge for a specific project? We ensure that you have quick access to experienced ZZP’ers who can start work immediately. Thanks to our strong local presence in North Brabant, we know the market and can respond quickly to your demand.

How does Try & Hire work?
We’ll explain it to you in a few simple steps.
1. Getting to know
We begin with a thorough intake interview to understand your needs and requirements. What type of employee are you looking for? What skills and experience are essential?
2. Selection of candidates
We select the best-suited candidates from our network. Each candidate is personally screened and meets the requirements important to your company.
3. Start Try & Hire
The candidate will start working in your organization on a temporary basis. During this period, you remain in charge of the day-to-day management while we take care of the administrative tasks.
4. Evaluation
After the agreed Try & Hire period, we jointly evaluate the performance and the match with your company. Are you satisfied? Then you can offer the candidate a permanent contract.
5. Permanent employment?
If you decide to hire the candidate on a permanent basis, we will ensure a seamless transition from temporary to permanent employee, including handling all administrative formalities.
