Tasks:
• Creating the correct amount of working substance according to established and specified planning for the various production departments.
• Ensuring the timely availability of raw materials.
• Meticulously and according to recipe and other provided information, regulations, and instructions, overseeing and ensuring the preparation process.
• Performing checks on chemical processes.
• Regularly (having) checking and, if necessary, adjusting the various production processes.
• Delivering batch samples to the Control Laboratory for review and approval.
• Correcting/adjusting the working substance based on instructions and advice from QC.
• Storing and ensuring the supply and removal of the working substance.
• Overseeing and monitoring quality standards, quality requirements, and quality regulations.
• Carefully recording production information, data, administration, and progress, including raw material consumption, returns, etc.
• Contributing to the optimization of production and manufacturing processes.
• Adhering to and overseeing regulations and procedures in the field of safety, quality, hygiene, order, and cleanliness.
• Maintaining and cleaning (keeping clean) work areas, machines, and installations.
