Function
Quality control of products at the finish line.
Maintaining the production line to ensure everything continues to run efficiently.
Improving and adjusting recipes in the HMI system for our production robots.
Resolving minor malfunctions, in consultation with our own Technical Department if necessary.
Managing a small team of 2 to 3 employees.
Scheduling work in consultation with the production manager.
Contributing ideas for optimisation in terms of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Knowledge of and affinity with production
Technical aptitude
Experience as an operator
Proficiency in English
Willingness to work in 3 shifts

Gross hourly wage of €15.91 + 20% shift allowance = €19.09/hour
No youth wage
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Allowances: Overtime per day: 125% up to 2 hours, 150% after 2 hours
Mileage allowance: £0.23/km after the first 10 km
