Production worker
Organization
This group collects clothing that is to be recycled. This family business has grown considerably over the years to become an international player.
Function
You will be working in the sorting department. You will tear open the bags that are delivered and then start sorting the clothes into the bins in front of you. It is important that you know exactly where each item should be placed. During the first two weeks, a colleague will give you a thorough explanation to ensure that you can eventually work completely independently.
The most important skills for this job are good physical condition and the ability to make quick decisions and act swiftly.
Requirements
Repetitive work
Physically fit (in the sense of being able to stand for long periods and perform the same movements = sorting garments)
Available for full-time day shifts
Living in the area
You speak Polish, Lithuanian or Romanian
You are available for a longer period
You have NO allergies (e.g. dust mites)
Offer
Gross hourly wage of €14.46
No youth wage
Allowances: overtime per week 125%
Opportunity for performance bonus (depending on speed/number of kilograms processed)
Mileage allowance: €0.23/km after the first 10 km
Working hours: 07:00 – 15:45
