Function
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, coaching and motivating a production team
Daily planning and follow-up of production orders
Supervising quality, safety and order & tidiness
Acting as the first point of contact for operational problems
Contributing to continuous improvements (efficiency, quality, safety)
Training and supervising new employees
Ensuring a smooth handover between shifts
Requirements
Own accommodation

Language level: Dutch Good – English is a plus
Experience level: Experience as a team leader or assistant foreman in a production environment
Special skills: Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
Certificates or other requirements: Strong people skills and natural leadership, hands-on mentality and problem-solving attitude.
Offer
Gross hourly wage from €18.00
Allowances: Shift allowance of 12.5%
Working hours: in 2 shifts (06:00-14:15 and 13:45-22:00 )
Mileage allowance of £0.23 per km
