Industrial Technical Cleaners
Organization
Klant specializes in the environmentally friendly cleaning, renovation, and preservation of industrial climate control systems. We ensure an optimal healthy living and working environment in your office, school, store (center), hospital, nursing home, and within the chemical, petrochemical, and food industries.
Function
Cleaning, renovating, preserving, and coating the following components on site at the customer’s premises:
Air handling units
Flue gas condensers
Air ducts
Plate heat exchangers
Evaporators
Air sock systems
Etc.
Requirements
Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (arrive at 6:00 a.m., return around 3:30 p.m.)
Travel time: Long days with 1.5 hours of travel time and breaks
Language: Basic knowledge of English is required for communication with the customer
Gender: Male or female (physically demanding work)
Working week: More than 40 hours (8 to 9 hours per day)
Requirements: Eager to learn
Personal protective equipment: Provide your own work shoes; other PPE will be provided by the customer
Driver’s license: Class B driver’s license required
VCA: VCA Basic certificate or completion thereof within 1.5 months
Fear of heights: No fear of heights (work on ladders, steps, aerial work platforms, or roofs)
Offer
€15.00 per hour (independent contract, no collective labor agreement applies)
Working week of more than 40 hours (8 to 9 hours per day)
Mileage allowance: €0.23 per kilometer after the first 10 km
Possibility of permanent employment with the company.
