Machine Operator (labels)
Organization
Our client produces high-quality food products daily. The team of production employees ensures that each product is carefully processed, packaged, and inspected. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic Machine Operators (labeling line) who have an eye for quality and enjoy contributing to a smoothly running production.
Function
Operate, set up, and modify production machines
Monitor the production process and intervene promptly in case of deviations
Perform quality controls according to HACCP and IFS guidelines
Record production data and report deviations
Collaborate with colleagues from Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Technical Service in resolving malfunctions
Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancement
Requirements
Own housing
Own transportation
Language level: English and/or Dutch: communicative
Experience level: Experience with operating machines
Special skills: Strict hygiene rules
Certificates or other requirements:
MBO education (food technology, process technology or similar) or experience as an operator in a production environment.
Affinity with technology and operating machines.
Accuracy and sense of responsibility for quality and food safety.
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
Team spirit and a proactive attitude.
Offer
Gross hourly wage of 14.71 p/h (can be higher based on experience)
No youth wage
Allowances: Yes, 30 euros gross shift premium per day
Mileage allowance: No
Working hours: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and the other week 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
