Function
- Welcoming and advising customers on products and services
- Assisting in finding items and answering questions
- Handling transactions at the checkout, including processing payments
- Ensuring a neat and clear store presentation
- Inventory management and replenishing products in the correct location
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities for sales improvement
- Communicating with colleagues about daily activities and customer wishes
Requirements
- Own housing
- Own transportation
- Language level: Dutch Good
- Experience level: Junior – Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Special skills: Ability to handle a hectic and stimulus-sensitive environment
- Certificates or other requirements: Customer-oriented mindset with a service-oriented attitude
