Our client is a market leader in the production of industrial furniture.
The company designs and manufactures custom steel furniture for office equipment and projects – from concept to finished product.
Thanks to a fully automated production process, robot-assisted assembly, its own powder coating facility, and internal logistics handling, working at this company is not only easy but also enjoyable.
Function
The employee’s duties include placing cut sheets into the machine and removing formed sheets and placing them in carts, boxes, or frames
Transporting finished materials to the appropriate locations.
In the absence of work, performing other simple tasks.
Requirements
- Own accommodation;
- Own transport;
- Language level: communicative English or Dutch;
- Experience as an assembly or production worker is a plus.
Offer
- The gross hourly rate is 14.40 €;
- Allowances: Uneven hours 114% (= overtime pay in the shift system 128.44% (first 2 hours of overtime)/, Overtime pay 146.56% (after the first 2 hours of overtime + Saturday)/Saturday = always overtime, regardless of the number of days;
- Kilometer allowance max. 6 per day;
- Working hours: 7:30 – 16:30; Breaks: From 9:30-9:45; 11:45-12:15; 14:15-14:30;
- Weekly payment of wages;
- Weekly multilingual professional coach available at work;
- Possibility of obtaining a permanent contract after 8 months.
