Functieprofiel

As a material coordinator you will be responsible for:

•Performing physical warehouse tasks including picking, packing, receiving, staging, and replenishment of goods;
•Working across three temperature zones: ambient, cooler, and freezer, depending on shipping and storage requirements;
•Receiving inbound shipments, checking for accuracy and quality, and moving products to the appropriate storage areas;
•Picking and preparing customer orders according to standard operating procedures and shipping conditions;
•Staging and loading outbound shipments, ensuring proper handling and product integrity;
•Replenishing inventory from bulk to pick locations to maintain stock levels;
•Using warehouse tools such as RF scanners and pallet jacks (manual/electric);
•Maintaining clean and organized work areas while following all safety and food handling protocols;
•Wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and complying with safety standards, especially in cooler and freezer zones.

  • High level of responsibility and accuracy in performing assigned tasks;
  • You must have good levels of English to be able to communicate well with our teams, follow instructions and complete training;
  • You will be expected to work in all areas of our warehouse environment, including a cold freezer storage and picking/packing area.

Aanbod

  • Gross hourly wage of €14.40 brutto; 
  • Allowances: 12.5% shift allowance for each hour (€ 14,40+12,5% = €16,20 brutto );
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week;
  • Working hours:
                               – Morning:  Monday – Tuesday   06:30-16:00  Wednesday 06:30-15:00 
                                                      Thursday – Friday           06:30–14:00 
                                 Afternoon:  Monday-Tuesday  12:00-21:30  Wednesday  13:00-21:30
                                                       Thursday-Friday   14:00-21:30;
  • Travel allowance  €0.23/km;
  • Weekly salary payment;
  • Weekly assistance from a multilingual job coach at the workplace;
  • Possibility of a permanent employment contract after 8 months.
